The eligibility check
The eligibility check is a short pre-screen. It is not a medical assessment or a diagnosis. A licensed clinician decides whether treatment is right for you after reviewing your full health history. Prescription required. Use for cravings is off-label; your clinician will explain. Not for alcohol withdrawal.
Your refundable deposit
- Your $25 deposit holds your spot and your launch price.
